This is a poem I just wrote for Shannon's one year. It demonstrates how much i miss her through the only way I know how to express myself emotionally. Just like I wrote a poem on the day of her death last year, here is another poem in her memory.


Forevermore
A memory poem for Shannon

One year gone
But still you stay
In our hearts forevermore
Your bright red hair
Shimmers in the sunlight
Etched in our minds forevermore

Your classic voice
Accent intact
Echoing in our ears forevermore
Your picture perfect drawings
Unique in their own special way
Afterimages forevermore

Although you are gone
Never to return
You will eternally live forevermore
Always will you be missed
Never to be forgotten
We will love you forevermore
